Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mimistudios.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale/discounted items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
Failure of Delivery
If there has been more than 2 attempts to deliver to customer, with multiple attempts to contact and correct any potential incorrect delivery address information, refunds won’t be eligible thereafter.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (5-15 working days) before your refund is cleared into your account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@mimistudios.shop
Promotions (if applicable):
If the item(s) was bought on any kind of promotion and/or a discount code was applied we will not be able to authorize a cash refund for your order.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will not be able to return it for cash.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
